4. If approved, return instructions will be shared

• Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and verified by the supplier
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via UPI or Bank Transfer

🚚 Shipping & Return Charges

• If the return is due to a supplier or fulfillment error (damaged / defective / wrong product), no charges apply
• In other approved cases, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
